The unit was fine, albeit noisy with the windows open. The dishwasher was stopped mid-cycle when we arrived and had to restart it, but that was minor. The big issue was the toilet. Less than 24 hours into our seven-night stay, we had a knock on the door. A man was there to inspect our toilet as it was leaking into the restaurant below. He determined the wax ring leaking, so the water wasn't the nice "clean" water from the tank, it was water and waste entering the sewage pipe - "Black water." HE DID NOT FIX THE TOILET. He said someone else would have to do that. 24 HOURS LATER AND STILL NO FIX and the toilet had leaked enough that it had COMPLETELY SOAKED THE SHOWER MAT and was PUDDLING BEHIND THE TOILET. I can't imagine how bad things were in the restaurant below. Now the entire bathroom floor would need disinfecting. I'd had enough, went to the manager and informed her I was leaving and expected a refund for all the days I didn't use. She offered another unit, but I didn't want another unit. Some areas of this complex are very loud, and I selected the unit we stayed in carefully to avoid noise and one that was on a low floor. I also didn't want to pack everything up, unpack it only to repack it again. SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO REFUND our money. Problem is, SHE REFUNDED US ONLY 10% of the cost of the remaining days! I requested a call and a week later I haven't received one yet and it's been weeks. The bottom line is the management of this place is unethical and will not keep their word, they will not fix things in a timely manner and, if you rent one of their units, you may have to live with things like sewage water on your bathroom floor. Life's too short to deal with people and problems at Main Street Station. Save yourself the headaches (and money) and stay somewhere else.
