Our first time in Breckenridge and it did not disappoint! The lodge was beautiful and well kept, everyone was very nice! Absolutely loved that the lodge had a shuttle to town a the mountains! It was super easy to navigate and constantly running. Would definitely recommend!

EXCELLENT place to stay if you're staying at Breckenridge! You can ski in & ski out from the property, plus they have complimentary "ski lockers" to keep your gear in (no need to leave outside / in your room / in your car). Check in was super friendly & easy. Room was terriffic - our 1BR had a fantastic well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Awesome fitness center with dumbbells, machines, and plenty of cardio. The indoor/outdoor pool was REALLY nice and well cleaned, warmed, and maintained. Onsite bar/restaurant was great. Kids even enjoyed the little arcade. We had plenty of texts from the front desk about extras like Santa being in the Lobby on Christmas Eve. ALSO - the free shuttle was great - we finished the day once on a different slope, but were able to quickly and easily ride back in the hotel's shuttle fan back to the hotel. I highly recommend.

The resort has very friendly and attentive employees who truly make you feel welcome. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable—you could feel the wires while sleeping, which made it hard to rest. In addition, having to pay for coffee in the lobby was disappointing. Considering the high price of the accommodation, the overall experience did not meet expectations due to the lack of comfort and added costs.

Staff support is lacking. Concierge closes at 5pm. Kids amenities like the 8am waffles are inconsistent and not open even when they are supposed to be. Front desk not suprised when its not open.

Great stay

The room was nice and the resort property was great. However, our room was 80 degrees when we checked in and took forever to cool down so to no ac. Also the shower had no water pressure. Other than that everything was wonderful!
