Gorgeous Hideaway Right on the Beach - Crescent Beach Club

Breathtaking views from this recently remodeled modern one-bedroom, 1020 square foot condo right on the beach with a spectacular 12th floor 180-degree vista of the Gulf. The bedroom and family room overlook the balcony that includes bistro tables and chairs. The spacious full kitchen is outfitted with under-cabinet lighting, high-end stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops throughout.

The large master suite is tastefully decorated and furnished with a comfortable king-size mattress and box spring and a huge walk-in closet. There is also a pullout queen bed in the family room couch. Wireless internet access and HD cable TV over two flat screen TVs is also included with a Roku on the main TV. The condo also features a front-load washer and dryer and recently-installed ceramic tile throughout the entire unit.

This unit is located in a beautiful, well-kept building on Sand Key. Watch sailboats and dolphins swimming from your kitchen, and view breathtaking sunsets right from your patio. If work-from-home is required, a small office offers a view of Clearwater Harbor that includes a daily sunrise as a bonus. The wide sandy beach is perfect for strolling, shelling, or just relaxing (no streets to cross, just take the elevator downstairs). Four of the top-rated Tommy Bahama beach chairs with beach towels and a matching umbrella are included for your exclusive use during your stay. Babymoon trip!

My husband and I had the best stay here! It was the cleanest and nicest condo we have stayed at in florida. Paul stayed in communication with us when we had questions and provided a super helpful email with recommendation for restaurants, attractions and condo access. Very well decorated and loved having 2 bathrooms with shower and big kitchen. The private beach was also a huge plus and it felt like we were the only ones there! Best part of the trip!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Beautiful inside gorgeous view outside. Every day you can wake up walk out the front door and literally see the sunrise over the bay in the morning and watch the sunset every evening from your balcony! We did not want to leave!

What a week!

Amazing Beach Getaway

The pictures did not do it justice. Fantastic location, no crowds on beach. This is a can’t miss location, and the property owner was awesome with quick answers to my questions and way more local info than I can use. So many great recommendations for local restaurants and places we could not try them all. Wife said she just found her new Happy Place. Will be back. Comfy bed also.

An excellent location on Sand Key beach with great views of both the Gulf and Intercoastal. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony and spent every day at the beach. The condo is very clean and modern and is equip with everything one would need during a stay at the beach. Thank you, Paul for being a great host and for having us back!

50th Annviersary Vacation

The condo was spotless, it looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and more, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, salt pepper, etc. I had forgotten a sunhat but there was several in the closet to use, as well as beach bags, cooler, and more. The instructions we received to access the condo where clear and accurate making the arrival/departure process simple. The condo was close by to the trolley service which was great, we didn’t need to rent a car to get around as it goes from Clearwater Beach to St Pete’s Beach. I could not have been happier with our stay, the view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous.

A Stay in Paradise

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach provides ample opportunity for morning or evening strolls by the water. The pristine ocean water is most refreshing when the temperature rises above 80 degrees. The amenities inside the condo are superior in every way. The kitchen appliances, the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit, the furnishings in the condo and the luxury of 2 bathrooms helped to make our stay most enjoyable. The host was easily reached and responded to any question we had. We will plan to return to this resort next year.

Rental was Beyond our expectations!

The cleanliness was immaculate, as well as the modern furnishings… The kitchen appliances made me come home wanting to update my own! The view of the beach & ocean are spectacular, open the blinds in the kitchen/office area and you have an amazing 360° view of stunning Waters. The condo was stocked with everything you need minus food. They have extra blankets, plenty of towels including beach towels, even floor or table fans which we were pleased to find because we forgot ours! Nothing that is the renters fault, but, we didn’t find very many people staying there to be friendly. Not that we were there to visit them, but we are The type to speak to anyone we pass, especially if you ride an elevator together… the residence at this condo did not come off as those type of people… This would not deter me from staying here again, just a little heads up. This vacation was for pure relaxation and met that 100%! We took a vantage of the outdoor hot tub, the indoor Jacuzzi tub, the sauna, the pool, and of course the beautiful beach & ocean! You will have to drive or walk about 1 1/2 to 3 miles to get to any restaurants or markets, entertainment, etc. but the ones that we went to was delicious and we did enjoy a 3+ mile walk on a beautiful breezy day! If I had any critique whatsoever, it would be that the parking spaces are very tight and at times can be difficult to maneuver when the parking garage is full… Thank goodness my husband is excellent in this area! :) We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Nothing really to do with the room, but the key to get everywhere was extremely annoying because you have to fidget with it for a minute to get it to work. The beach was honestly pretty gross. Sand isn’t soft what so ever and there’s shells all over. The room itself was pretty nice, the hot water wasn’t great for some reason but the place was nice to stay in.
