Good location if you want to be downtown. Nice part of town, not too crowded or touristy. Nice staff and great service. Hotel is a little dated for the price they charge. Assume you're paying for location. I paid almost $350/night and the lobby looks nice but the rooms and especially the bath need updating. The finish was peeling off my bathroom door which just looked nasty and the shower and tiles looked old. Just needs updating for that price. Parking is very convenient if you'll willing to pay ($25/night)

We had a great stay. The property was a convenient walking distance from different shopping areas. I do find it a bit crazy that we have to pay for onsite parking. Parking should have been complimentary since we had to pay so much to stay there. If we ignore the parking policy then everything else there was fine. I enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

I've stayed at this property previously due to its proximity to restaurants and bars. The location is great. However, the AC was set at an uncomfortable temperature. I tried to lower the temp several times for about 2 hours. A technician came to the room and stated that he would fix the problem. When I returned to the room, it was still warm and there was a fan in the room. If it could not be fixed, we should have been given the option to change rooms. A fan is not the same as AC.

Fire alarm works well!

This is our second new years holliday in this hotel, and we want to come back more times! The location is perfect, very close to the best places in the city. The hotel has an excelent service and very good breakfast full of options. The bar is also very good. One curious thing: one dawn, about 4:30 am the emergency alarm sounds, with a voice saying to evacuate. The system worked perfecrly and the evacuation was a success. Looks like some kid de ided to play with the emergency system, but this shows us how efficient it can be if needed!

An average place to stay. Beds and pillows were not to the comfort level I would have hoped and thus poor sleep for us both. The air conditioning took approximately 24 hours to reach set point (was off upon arrival). Similarly, the fridge was completely off upon arrival and therefore nothing was cooled for 24 hours as well. Breakfast did not appear to be restocked during the morning. Parking is convenient on site for an extra fee. Overall location is convenient as well for downtown events. Also, the fire alarm went off around 4 AM one night of the stay. Will very likely stay at another location next time in town.

Id like to start off with the pros My initial check in was 3pm. My family of 6 arrived from MI to st. Pete at around 12/1pm. I went inside where I was greeted with a smile by a lady I cant remember her name she was very kind and I had asked if we could check in early? With no hesitation she said yes let me check. While checking she asked where I was coming from just having small talk. I was able to check in and she told me the kids could get milk and cookies as well. She told me free breakfast times as well for each day I was there. The hotel was clean and the beds were like heaven. Pool was like warm bath water. (No hot tub) Lots of places to walk to (definitely not cheap) Only downside to my whole stay before coming i called and asked if there were ANY hidden fees or anything else that I needed to do. I was told nope looks like you’re all fine and ready to check in. Upon checking in i was hit with 122$ fee that i wasnt aware of. That fee included 22$for every night for parking and fees for the room. . Other than those fees everything else was fine!
