Room was fine. Could not find coffee maker. After going downstairs, found out it was inside the dresser! Also did not like having to use valet parking! $27!! The availability of parking on street, not cool. Also could park 2 blocks away in parking garage for fee! Horrible. Not NOT RECOMMEND.

I called both Travelocity and the hotel front desk and cancelled my reservation. Both are sending me messages as if I have actually checked in. Now I have to follow-up and so far hotel has not responded

We were treated like second-class citizens because we used “Expedia”. We reserved a king size bed and they said that you all sent it over 2 twin. They did not care. They did not try to make it right. They would not show us proof that that is what you are sent over. We left & did not stay. We were going away for a romantic night together and we had two twin beds in a dirty room

Did not understand Travelocity policy about nonconfirmation of Room type until check in. We thought we had reserved a room with two beds when we made the Travelocity reservations about 7 weeks in advance. However, at check-in we were given a room with only one bed and grown son was staying in room. The nice Hilton desk clerks explained that with Travelocity you are not guaranteed your room type (even though you are stuck paying for that original room type-we paid $295.67 each night plus $38.44 each night in taxes) (the hotel was completely full when we checked in and they had no more rooms with two beds) We will not use Travelocity in the future—it is an extremely flawed system.

Great Value

Great value but the best part was the hotel staff. Everyone went out of their way to help us (including fixing us up when I made a booking error). We stayed in a king suite with lots of room for less than many other small rooms. Location is great to enjoy local area shopping, restaurants and activities.

Hotel Stay

Pros: location
Cons: shuttle service back maid service hotel bar is below average
Overall this hotel is just status quo if not maybe a little worse in the 3 years or so that I have gone. They advertise free shuttle service on hotel website but do not. Overall service is okay but go ahead and look at other options. They do not go out of their way for you.
