Lack of cleaning the room, some of front desk people were rude. One couple traveling with our group had to clean the room assigned as it was filthy and had to buy sheets and towels at Walmart as she was told there was no cleaning until the following Monday Overall experience very poor and will not stay there again in the future. Experience makes me wonder about all Holiday Inns 👎

Quick stay

Flew into St. Pete around midnight. We just needed a place to stay for the night before heading south. This hotel did the trick. Upon arrival, we were told that they gave our two queen room away and that we would be put into a king room. Family of 4 with two teenagers, not idea but the night guy gave us a good deal on the room and was very apologetic. He was super kind and easy to work with! Good customer service makes a huge difference when these things happen.

I stayed for 3 nights over thanksgiving. I was told breakfast was included except they would be closed on Thanksgiving. Completely understood that except there wasnt any breakfast any of the days. Only coffee & water. They took $100 deposit for incidentals. Its been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t released the funds. They were very rude and blamed my bank at first. I called my bank, they tokd me the hotel is still holding the funds. Called the hotel for a 2nd time. Front desk told me “i’ll do what I can on my part but It’ll be 3-5 business days” Im still waiting
