This hotel gave me wonderful memories of my stay in Boston. It’s very close to Copley Square Station and Copley Station, making it highly accessible. I especially loved the city view from the room. I also joined the running program on Wednesday morning and had the chance to run through the streets of Boston at dawn.

My family of four stayed in a suite with two queen beds for four nights. While we appreciated the location and the quality of the restaurant, the room amenities did not meet our expectations. I had to request basic items such as coffee cups, bottled water, and an extra blanket, as the down comforter was too warm. The pillows were overly large and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to sleep for two nights. Additionally, I had an unpleasant interaction with a housekeeping staff member who was somewhat rude. It’s possible she may not have received adequate training in guest relations. I do not wish for any punitive action to be taken against her, but I do believe certain behavior is not appropriate in a professional setting.

Great hotel except for painful elevator wait!

Great hotel only awful thing is that it's impossible at times to get the elevator. Once my wait exceeded a while half hour and I had to travel up only to travel down later.
