This property is managed by Destination Big Bear so you are mainly in communication with them. You actually have to pay them directly as payment does not go through Vrbo. It would have been nice to know that because I couldn't figure out how to pay through Vrbo. Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in 30 minutes early by calling. Definitely bring paper towels because they only provided one roll. There are some things that are in need of repair: handheld shower head need to be replaced, a golf ball hit one of the big windows, the pull out sofa couch is very worn down and needs to be replaced but nothing major. The kitchen should be stocked with more kitchen towels; we only encountered one. A full set of measuring cups and spoons would be beneficial and cutting boards. The home is very spacious and the common areas are able to accommodate our party of 16 comfortably. The hot-tub was a nice feature but we wish it would have gotten hotter. The back yard is fully fenced in so you don't have to worry about your dogs running out. However stay out with them because there are coyotes. Check-out was great, just take out all trash to the designated dumpster and start the dish washer. Late check out is done online, but very convoluted. We loved this property and will definitely be coming back.
