No comment on the property, as I was unable to stay there… I was caught up in the Snowmeggeddon of the East coast in February. Stuck in ATL after midnight. Called the hotel to find out where the shuttle bus was located. They said. “We’re sold out. I don’t think you have a room here.” Chatted Travelocity, and they confirmed I have a room. Arrived at the hotel. No room. Literally, every rooom had a person or people in it. Took an hour on the chat, back and forth about how I was on the property, and they did not physically have a room. I’m eating a $200 room that I did not sleep in. Travelocity confirmed with “the property” that they had a room. Severely disappointed after a frustrating weather day of travel. App being deleted as soon as I finish this post. Highly recommend travelers download the big hotel apps and avoid the third party nightmare of refund. Had I worked directly with Hyatt (of which I am a member of their rewards program), they would have rectified the situation immediately. Shopper beware. They could have kept me on their payroll, but got greedy. See ya!

Elevator shut on my sons head no incident report was filed he had a big knot and very disoriented we are from Kentucky had no idea about hospital No Hot Water and housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English nor understand. I had to draw a face cloth in order for her to understand me - Breakfast was great

Hotel looks a little dated, but is being renovated. All staff were extremely friendly and professional except for the gentleman who was working the morning we checked out. The complimentary breakfast was good and we appreciated being within walking distance to several restaurants.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Atlanta North and overall had a really nice experience. The hospitality was great, and the staff accommodated us quickly when we needed to switch rooms. Our first room unfortunately had roaches, but we were moved promptly to another room that was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was really good - hot, fresh, and a great way to start the day. The gym area is decent; the treadmills work well, although a few weights were missing. Aside from the initial room issue, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.

The staff was all so helpful and friendly! Although there was construction there were signs that made you aware. There were also notices about the winter storm, so that was very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable, exactly like the picture shown. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here.
