We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
Staff was courteous, the manager went out of his way to help me. The room was clean but the carpet could use a scrubbing, our grand daughter spill a cup of water and when we sopped it up the towel came away quite brown.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Absolutely no complaints. Room was very quiet. Perfect location for where we wanted to be.Will definitely be staying there again.
