Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
"I took my daughter on her college graduation trip. This property did not disappoint. We got a beachfront room and would stay in this room again and again. From the moment that we were there until we left, we felt very taken care of. The all-inclusive did not disappoint either! We ate and drank so much, I think my body(liver lol) needs a vacation. What is more important is that my daughter had an amazing time. We were a little nervous about it being family-friendly...that kids would take away from what we were looking for, but it did not. Lots of kids, but not one kid was distracting. Most small kids were at a separate pool, but we did not go in the pool much. We stayed on the beach or were out doing excursions. The jungle tour with the speed boats was so much fun! ATV one was fun but very rough, so be prepared for that. Adults, the Coco Bongo show was definitely a show! We had fun there as well. We are thinking about staying here again, but with the whole family. I was asked about tipping a lot. Here is my take...we never felt pressure or anything to tip. It is not required, so you have to use your own judgement. We chose to tip, but not every single second. You will find your way. The resort workers worked hard, and every tip we gave was so very earned. We were always seeing workers cleaning, and this place smelled so nice. Thank you for a great time Sunscape!!!!"
