✨ Welcome!! You will be staying in duplex side “B” and will be able to access into the home using your four digit pin. Please note ** Do not park in the drive way. STREET PARKING ONLY.**

🧑‍🍳☕️ The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, pans, and spices needed to create a wonderful meal. The kitchen features appliances including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and a mixer. It also has a Keurig and complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks and oatmeal for you to enjoy!

📺🛜 The living room has a pullout sleeper sofa and chaise with extra blankets. There is a 40” smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Amazon and Hulu that will require your log ins but will be streamed via the fast WiFi internet provided to you as our guest.
🛏️💤 The bedroom offers a Queen size bed w/ a plush topper for extra comfort.

🚿🛁 The full bathroom has a tub/shower and includes extra towels and toilet paper.

Clean & Convenient
An old house that's seen better days (some things are a bit "wonky" and electrical sockets are at a minimum), but it's very clean and serviceable. Valentina has added numerous nice touches and there is a very nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. The location is within easy reach of all things in Wichita Falls. Thanks, Valentina for your hospitality and responsiveness when we had questions!
