"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The furniture and beds were comfortable especially the recliner in the reading nook in the master bedroom. I took full advantage of it. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Most rentals don't have any way to store leftovers so I really appreciated some containers. The gas stove was a definite plus. I also appreciated that the grill was direct connected to gas. The place was extremely clean. The covered parking relieved any worry since we had a few storms during my stay. The road to the place was not my favorite. And whilst I saw continuing work being done on the road, with definite improvements being made in those areas, the condition of the road overall means it's a very slow 2 miles to and from the cabin. However, my main reason for choosing the location was its proximity to the Parkway, and it is extremely convenient from that perspective. The Internet service worked well and reliably even with some heavy rains. "

It sits at the end of the road and is very private. The views from the deck were heavenly from all angles and the sound of the creek so tranquil! We will definitely be back! The only thing that would make it any more amazing would have been a hot tub on the deck!"
