I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and probably would again, however my last trip had several problems. First the bathroom sink had a leak flooded the bathroom. Also the hotel parking gate was not functioning properly and double charged meme.

I cant believe that this is a 3 star hotel. The room smelled bad, and the staff refused to move us. The TV was totally broken with red lines through the screen. The bath was unusable, with no drain plug. The bed covers were way too thin and we had to get extra blankets.

Our breakfast server, Jackie, was very nice, professional, thorough, and personable. Didn't like that the hallway on our floor was extremely noisy with junior high schoolers running around and yelling. Also, it was not easy to get ice. Parking lot system worked very well.

I feel that I paid way too much for a dilapidated room. Old furniture, bathroom lights not working on one side, large ceiling stain over the toilet, I felt like I was going to fall through the bathtub while showering. The TV remote was dirty, yuk! Especially with a pandemic going on, remote should be Cloroxed! No daily room service. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
