Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The room was infested with cockroaches and fleas. I immediately reported this to the manager, who came to the room and confirmed the issue but said he could not do anything and that I had to wait for the owner. No alternative room or solution was offered. Due to the unsanitary conditions, I was forced to check out and find another hotel. This is a serious health and safety issue, and I would not recommend staying here.

The clerk was helpful and friendly. Entrance was nice and welcoming. Quiet. Only set back of my experience was when i entered my room. Staff was wonderful. Beds were very uncomfortable, hard. We stayed three nights. Although, we don’t need room cleaned everyday staying, It would have been nice to have our coffee filled and not have to go get our own for the room. Or our own toilet paper, and ask for extra towels the third day. Also, did not appreciate money taken out of my account when I clearly stated in reservation I would pay on arrival. When I went to pay, it had already been processed, not okay.
