Birdie’s Place is a picturesque 1930’s farm house tucked away in the country just north of Tyler and east of Lindale. This 900 square ft. farmhouse has two bedrooms and one bath. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, mud room and laundry. Beautifully renovated in country bling, the cottages amenities are wireless internet, satellite TV, and a 55 inch uhdtv and bluray player with surround sound. Complete with comfy porches both front and back. Sit and relax and watch our longhorns graze next door. Birdie’s has a firepit for roasting marshmallows and covered parking is provided. It is centrally located to Texas Music City venue in Lindale next to Miranda Lambert’s Pink Pistol. Just down the street is Tiger Creek animal reserve and Tyler State Park. 35 minutes to 1st Monday Canton Trade Days with 6 thousand vendors. Close to antique shopping in Mineola and Gladewater. Just south in Tyler is the Rose Gardens and convention center, Tyler is known world wide for it’s beautiful roses. The historic Azalea Trails district in the spring is a must see.

What a beautiful little home Birdies place is! So clean and comfy. The owners are super nice and the area is very pretty. Loved seeing the longhorns! Definitely plan on coming back.

Best Place Ever!
Another wonderful stay at this cottage. Ray and Debby should get an award for the best hosts! They are very responsive if you need anything!!! The cottage is so comfortable and it truly feels like home away from home. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, the longhorns, donkeys, deer and rabbit! We can't wait to come back!

Birdie’s Place
Birdies place was an adorable country cottage. We spent most of our time, exploring the area and dining out. At the end of the day, when we found ourselves worn out, Birdie’s place was a welcome retreat. A very quiet, comfortable, and cozy place for relaxing and re-energizing. It is as advertised. The minute I walked in the door…it felt like home! This property offers everything you need and more! Birdies is in an amazing location, nestled next to the longhorns and the donkeys! The cottage has everything you need for an amazing stay! Ray and Debby are the best hosts ever and are a text away if you need anything! We took in Countryfest while we were there and enjoyed the beautiful fall colors! Debby has the cottage in full fall decor and it is absolutely magical! Can’t wait to come back! The cottage was so cute. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Great detail with the decorating of the cottage so homey & comfortable. The outside space was my favorite part. So peaceful & quiet. I definitely want to go back and experience this cottage again.

Perfect stay with True Hospitality!!!!!
Our son needed eye surgery in Tyler and living 1.5 hrs away we sought out a place that was pretty close to the hospital for our early arrival. We travel very frequently, always staying in a STR (at least 6 times a year) and this was the first time we have had a host that went above and beyond . Ray was always available no matter what time it was. We were even surprised with fresh blueberry muffins, coffee, creamer, milk, cold bottle water and my sons favorite drink and snacks. The home was easy to find and the landscaping was beautiful. Everything is so clean inside and outside. I forgot my toothpaste and toothbrush and they had extras there. We enjoyed watching the longhorns, donkeys, and rabbits from the front and back porch. All the little special touches around the home from the table that Ray made, the scrapbook with the history of the home, places to eat nearby, and letters from previous guests, to labeling things with cute tags make your stay relaxing. Ray even checked on our son the day of surgery which was so very thoughtful of him. We will absolutely stay here again!!
