"The room, pool and hot tub were clean. The bar is only open Thursday through Sunday. The continental breakfast was decent. Parking lot is well lit and I felt very safe I would recommend this hotel."

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at The Island in Pigeon Forge. Five stars plus! When we originally booked our stay, my wife and I had a few reservations. With a name like “Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville,” we wondered if it might have more of a party atmosphere. We don’t party or drink, and after 40 years of marriage and 35 years of pastoring, we were really just looking for a comfortable place where we could relax, enjoy a few days away, and be close enough to everything that we could simply walk around and enjoy Pigeon Forge. What we found completely exceeded our expectations. There was absolutely no overwhelming “party vibe” at all. Instead, it was a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of people much like us who were simply there to enjoy a getaway. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking attendants to the front desk staff and restaurant employees—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You never felt like you were bothering anyone or putting them out. They genuinely seemed happy to help. It was the little things that really stood out. We wanted to do some laundry, and they provided us with laundry detergent. We enjoy our coffee, and there were all the K-cups we could possibly need. Every request was met with kindness and a desire to make our stay enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. You’re right there near restaurants"

"no big deal but the microwave was too small it wouldn't fit a carry out container had to tear it into pieces to heat food. The beds are hard one mattress on a wood frame that has no rail and slides off easily. could be a hazard for elderly if they try to brace themselves its gonna slide off they could fall to floor. Breakfast was wonderful. pool is fantastic."

"They have a really great pool area with cabanas, a food/drink truck, and an amazing restaurant all on site. The only downside was no microwave in the room. Besides that, best deal for your money in Pigeon Forge"
