"It's a perfect location for 2-4 adults that want to be on the lake shore and within reach of downtown and the canal. Very well kept and a well thought out design. We would definitely recommend it to others. "

"Great stay! Just didn't know i had the upper floor....thought i booked bottom floor? Upper room has steep stairs, wasnt great for arthritis and artificial knees. Next time i will be aware."

"Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room"
