"I booked one room king size bed with balcony for my anniversary. Turns out you’re not allowed on the balcony they have the door sealed shut. Room had nail clippers under table that did not belong to us and a flossing pic that also did not belong to us when we arrived into the room. So it just showed no one cleaned the room. Housekeeping did not come not once to clean the room during our stay and we ran out of toilet paper. On this site it says it has a hot tub hotel does not it only has a pool. I’m very disappointed with my stay here."
