This has to be the most mismanaged hotel i have ever stayed at. First, as i'm checking in, i'm interrupted by three separate guests looking for the elevator. I check in and head to my room, but.... where is the elevator? I have to go back and interrupt the next guest to find out. No signs point the way. Though there is ample space above the hallway, no markings tell you that you need to go down a flight of stairs. They don't care enough to take the 5 minutes it would take to post that the elevator is down the hallway, there is absolutely not one single posted marked. It's as if they are enjoying making guests confused. I watched no less than 15 guests have to lug their stuff back to the front desk to ask this question. "Where is the elevator." I get up to my room, neither key works. Lug all my luggage back down the elevator, back up the stairs to the front desk. She claimed they worked, but they did not, and had to both be re-keyed. The time for breakfast in the key holder does not match the actual breakfast and apparently, taking the 2 seconds to correct this is just to much work. But that's ok, because it turned out, my $150 a night stay didn't include breakfast, for which i needed a voucher. And of course, you can't buy a voucher, so i wound up having to go to a gas station every day for breakfast. $150 a night and i'm eating my breakfast at a gas station. It's like they want to mess with guests here. Like they enjoy having conflicting information posted,

The bathroom left much to be desired, the room needed a fan to keep the mirror clear. the tissues had only 4 in the box. The lock on the door didn't work when we first arrived but the woman at the desk was very helpful in correcting the problem. There also SHOULD have been a free breakfast included!

Tried to get early check in, but there was no rokms available. So had to wait out in the s Heat for 5 hours.. but eventually had a great stay.

The only problem i had was there was three of us in room only enough coffe for two and condiments for one when i went to desk to have more put in rm for next day she handed it to me take up myself we where heading out see how many are in rm and provide enough for all

Key cards didn't always work. Husband had to go to front desk for help. Once he returned a neighboring family explained how they got into their room and then we tried it again and we got in. "Tony" arrived and we reported we were in for night. He was very courteous. I think we were just too tired and too anxious to get in the room and relax. It was very warm in the hallways.
