Very clean, staff was good. price was high for accommodations. We did not have WiFi or telavision service. We were snowed in with freezing rain and the kitchen and resurants were closed. our car was covered in ice, and needed to call lift for transportation, and waited 45' miniuets for our ride. stuck in the hotel for two days with only breafast for food.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. HOWEVER, handicap room on the lower level and the breakfast offering on the upper level. Made it difficult to get to. Also no closet to hang clothing or coats in. Handicap rail by toilet was loose and there is no toilet paper holder. Handicap parking was a little farther away than we would have liked. No luggage carts on the lower level. But the room was quiet and clean.

The room and the entire property needs to be updated and properly maintained. The showerhead is a joke, not to mention that the hot water runs out very quickly. The cable tv went out at about 10:30 on Friday evening and was out until about 10 AM Saturday morning. When I went down to the lobby at about 9 AM Saturday morning to see what was being done about it, the young man at the front desk told me they will call the cable company. I asked why they hadn't called before now and his answer was they were hoping it would reset itself. That is unacceptable. They should have offered me some sort of compensation. The hotel staff were all very young and lacked the skills to be in the service business. There was no sign of management throughout my 4 day stay. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that the bed was very comfortable.
