"Booked the room called into request 3rd floor and instead of switching it to the 3rd floor the gal just leaves a note. So once we checked in the man told us we could have a suite on the 3rd floor for an extra cost. Dont feel like we should pay more for the mistake that was theirs. Once on the bottom floor we heard the water from the pipes up above us that wasnt all night but from up above showering. But the breakfast was really good and fresh. There was a chef and the lady whos in charge of the breakfast area she did an awesome job keeping things stocked and clean. "
