"A very convenient location with lots of eateries of all price levels nearby Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy with a small sectional couch on which to watch TV. Breakfast buffet was larger than most with hot and cold items good for adults & children (though, as it was CMA Fest weekend, small kids were scarce). Danny, behind the bar, was very accommodating, staying a bit later than close to get us a snack with our cocktails. My only issue was that, I believe, the price of our room was gouged due to the festivities happening in town at that time! It was the only weekend our whole family could gather for birthday celebrations though. Will be sure to check for this kind of activity in the future or stay outside of downtown & Uber in for our dinner"

"It was confusing getting to parking at the property. We ended up at another property in the parking garage and calling the host number provided was no help. When explaining we were on the 4th floor she could not understand why we didn’t see key pad near entrance. When finally figuring out we were at the wrong place, we then found the parking entrance right next to the hotel not behind it per se. It was one floor and the host never even knew that. Check in was terrible overall. Everything else was good! Clean and plenty of room!"
