"The house is nice and spacious. Few things that were an issue. There is construction going on next door, so keep that in mind. There was also active repairs going on in the pool area. The house overall seems to get a lot of activity where everywhere you look, there are scuffs or damages. No bathroom on the first floor, so annoying to have to go up a big staircase every time. The house is 3 levels tall with really long staircases, so keep that in mind if you think you will have a hard time, especially because the primary bedroom is at the top of the 3rd floor -quite a hike! There is an elevator, but it has been deactivated for guest use. If you are coming to Nashville to party, then this is your spot. For business or families, this isn't the best set up. "
