"The property did not match the photos shown online. The rooms were not as updated and spacious as they made it seem. False advertising really. In the room I had the door looked like it had previously been kicked in. Although I will say the bed was comfortable. But overall the rooms need serious renovations. The staff was very rude. I called the day before to just ask about shuttle service and immediately was cut off and was rudely told no. Never a good morning greeting. Never smiling. I witness them a few time arguing with other customers. 80% of the “gym” equipment did not function properly. One of nights a security guard outside blocked our Uber from entering the parking lot forcing us to get off in the street. "

"Check in was a breeze and we were even able to request an earlier time as we had arrived sooner than expected. I loved having the full kitchen in the unit. There was even a washer and dryer, although we didn’t use it. They provided all soap/detergent needed for personal hygiene and for the appliances. We would definitely stay again! "
