This property was clean, spacious, and had a great location. It was a great price. The building is within walking distance of many fun spots. It was a safe area with many restaurants nearby. Our only problem was with the parking pass. We were not able to find the pass and notified the virtual front desk, but were still charged. There is ample pay for parking all around the building. We would stay there again.

This is an extremely cool place! Quiet and sophisticated, with quick and easy check-in. The place had everything I needed and more. Close to Broadway and very vibey!

Perfect hotel close to Broadway but quiet

Very nice hotel only 3 blocks off Broadway. Was more like an apartment than a hotel which was perfect for us. We each had our own room and bathroom. Even though no one is visible on site we had great communication with them throughout our stay.

Kasa and Parking at Capitol Hill Nashville

Kasa needs to improve the checkin process. There is no way to go back to get parking pass once you reject it 1st pass. Instead on paying the discounted $30 parking we paid $47. You can end up paying up to $52 depending on where you park without that pass. Kasa team via the number provided was unresponsive to 3 requests to get a link so we could get a pass.
