"Staff was very friendly and Extremely accommodating at all times. From constantly checking in asking how our stay was going to being our go to for condiments because my son can never have enough ketchup! Free transportation right across the street, to and from the visitor center, leading to us not having to fight through traffic and/or pay for parking was simply a no brainer. Everyone was TRULY amazing but I remember Amy helping with our tour for Ghost and Gravestones. I was unable to find anything by the time I tried to book and simply along her if she knew of a tour got is all set up!! A big thanks on behalf of me and my family, room 332 from this past week. We loved our stay and will be back!"

"Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!"
