When we arrived the room smelled extremely musty. We attempted to put on the AC unit to try to dry it out. We couldn’t get it started so I attempted to call the front desk to then find the phone didn’t work. I then went to the front desk to report the issue. Maintenance was called to the room. They were able to get it started however every time we tried to plug something else in, the switch would trip. They were not able to put us in another room because the hotel was full. It was a very disappointing experience.

A large pet and parking fees were not disclosed at time of booking, resulting in almost 60% increase in price. They allowed pets, but were not pet friendly. I have never heard of a parking fee, when the parking was onsite; this is ridiculous and deceptive. There were limited outlets in the room; no bath mat (so the bathroom floor was slippery when stepping out of shower), had to unplug the lamp to turn it off, lack of lighting in the room. Not worth the money. They also only allow dogs less than 40 pounds; this was not disclosed at time of booking.

Room looks good,comfortable and have everything you need microwave,refrigerator,just a few things the floor looks dirty ,i was told thats how's the floor looks but i actually clean a spot with a lysol wipe and it was DIRTYY,plus refrigerator didn't cool to well,dust on top of the bed frame, a dead bug next to the AC ,AC did a lot of cracking sound with been on heater mode, overall did work well,you get housekeeping service everyday, everything was refreshed just make sure the floor gets clean up it feels sandy,both front desk agents very polite and helpful with every detail ,breakfast was very good,gets better on weekends ,lady preparing and placing the breakfast very professional and clean constantly the areas,shes very nice,i did like the place,not everything can be perfect, i think it can improve with the cleaning as a housekeeping inspector in hotels ,cleaning can improve but overall the guest service was excellent!!thank you!
