The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was a disappointment. First, it's a converted motel not really a hotel. When I made the reservation, I made it for a king bed. We were told there were none available. There was also no elevators in the facility, so we needed a first floor room. This meant that we heard all the people walking past our room. The room was very small with only one chair at the desk. The lights over the bed didn't work; when we tried to call the front desk, we found that the phone didn't work. When my husband went to the desk, he was told the lights didn't work yet, and he was given a cord to plug the phone in. Back in the room, we had to pull out the piece of furniture between the beds to plug in the phone. We found a nest of cords all tangled, some plugged in some dangling. This is a fire hazard! We were horrified!

Overall the property wasn’t bad. There is a lack of power outlets and most power outlets did not support hair tools (straightener or hair dryer). The room was very dusty and the comforter had stains. Parking is also extremely cramped. Great for one night but not somewhere I would recommend for longer than that.

We appreciated the fact that Room 119 had been renovated. The issue we had was that we could not regulate the temperature of our room. It was rather chilly that evening in FL and we couldn't get the room any warmer. It was around 1am and didn't want to disturb anyone else.
