Issue compounded by no management follow up, Hilton standards? Flew from Florida to New Jersey, drove to Long Island due to 98 1/2 year old mom having to be admitted to Stony Brook Hospital. Issue was alarm clock screen was black indicating broken not working. No problem slept with cell phone on nightstand to know time and after crazy travel day some good sleep. Unfortunately alarm clock disguised as broken goes off at 5:50 am and for good measure 10 minutes later not the good nights rest expected from Hilton Hotels. Spoke with overnight and morning Hilton employees giving our name and contact number and we’re assured Hilton Manger would give us a call. Understanding things happen and 1st thing we asked of Hilton employees was please remove the alarm clock from room 411 so no other customers would have this unfortunate experience. Sorry for long email here is the question. Does Hilton give your confidence they will address an issue during your stay? From this experience Management from Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook New York major disappointment.
