"Window being held close with a stick. There was a chair on the direct other side of the window. Like a watching window. Room dirty full of spider webs. Full time residents noisy. Will bang at every hour on the hours of the 1am, 2am, 3am and so on. Tv remote didn’t work. When checking out a day early they wanted to know why we didn’t call to report but the only phone in the room was disconnected. Parking lot has multiple signs not responsible for car theft. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy "

"We stayed for three nights. The price was reasonable. The king bed was comfortable. The room had a couch, dresser, desk, microwave , small refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was well lit, clean, and had a shower bar holder which I felt more comfortable with and a very nice vanity. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of food which was tasty. The coffee was excellent. They also have a variety of Bigalow Teas for your choice. The staff was welcoming and couldn't do enough for you to make our stay perfect. I recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very clean, in fact to the extreme. All I could smell were strong cleaning chemicals in the lobby and in the room. It caused an asthmatic reaction in me and headaches in my companion. I covered the pillows with my own pillow cases that I always bring, but the smell all over was unbearable to my lungs. Chemicals used in the cleaning/laundry are very harsh. I could not stay here again. The Roku also wasn’t working correctly, but that wasn’t worth contacting the front desk. Breakfast in the lobby was a bonus. I did also really appreciate the code instead of a key for the entry into the room. The chemical smell was my only issue. Otherwise nice place."

"We booked a deluxe king room and the room was ok. When we checked in we were informed the air conditioning was not working. Our room was not that hot but the lobby area was stifling. The first night we kept hearing a loud metal grinding noise but thought it would be repaired. The second night it was worse. In the morning my husband took the elevator up to the next floor and discovered it was the elevator making the noise. As we were right next to it we asked to switch rooms. They were very accommodating and gave us a new room. It wasn’t as large but it was away from the elevator which was good. We were looking forward to some sleep when in the middle of the night a large picture came crashing down over the sofa. We were terrified at first and finally saw the problem. If someone had been sitting on the couch they would have been severely injured. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. When we left (we stayed 6 nights) the air conditioning was still not working. The first 2 days were 80 degrees and this made the hotel very uncomfortable. I really feel we should receive some kind of compensation as I am a Hilton Honors member and we do book Hilton when we travel. "

"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building… As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT He was high beyond belief, not making any sense what so ever and finally after a total of 3.5 hours finally I was in my room. "
