1 of 3 elevators needs TLC. No option other than buffet available for breakfast. Need to have staff keep on top of parking lot for garbage. Found large empty bottle of liquor on tree island amongst other things. All else was really nice. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, my flight was impacted by the Technology Outage and was delayed by 12 hours. I could not get to the Hotel and I was charged for the entire stay. It would be really good if I were to get a refund. I understand the hotel policy of no refunds at last minute, but this was an unusual circumstance and I would appreciate a full refund.

I had a great experience with the Hyatt. We had one issue. The phones weren't working in most of the rooms. Therefore when we needed room service I had to go down to the restaurant and order. Not a big deal but inconvenient. We were on the 9th floor. Front desk is hard to get a hold of via phone. They're extremely busy with check-ins. I will tell you that they allowed me to check-in at noon due to my sister's funeral the next day. It was 95° out and I couldn't leave my belongings in the car. I was so impressed with the staff. They didn't give me a problem at all. Thank you so much. The Hyatt made something so difficult to go through easier than expected. Great team!

Nice hotel with lacking features
Balcony door do not open. No ice machines on the floor, just complimentary bags in the convenient store which was often empty. Garbage openings were sooo tiny couldn’t fit garbage in it Other than that a really nice clean, accommodative hotel.

We booked a room with king size bed. But was told when we got there that they only had two doubles left. Why were we allowed to book room with king if it wasn’t available. Double beds were two small and cramped
