I understand the COVID cleaning protocols are in place but when the hotel is hosting weddings and conferences, the pool is full and the the bar is so crowded that one can’t get through to the elevators it is very self-serving and disingenuous to say that we can’t clean your room to keep you “safe”. We stayed 6 nights and our room was cleaned one time. The carpets in the hallway were never cleaned, there was a half-empty beer can in the hallway for 4 days and we had to use pool towels because we couldn't get housekeeping to refresh our room towels. Substandard hotel. Save your money and stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Hyatt's current COVID-19 cleaning policy is to service rooms on every third day of a guest's stay unless otherwise requested by the guest.

Let me start off by saying I am a longtime visitor of the brand and frequent the establishment in many other cities in the US. The first room we checked into was to say the least dirty. There were stains on the pillows, dead bugs and dust every where. We request another room and was accommodated. To our surprise the second room was no better. We had to literally go out and purchase cleaning products to clean the room ourselves. This was suppose to be a special night out for my Lady and I it was her birthday. By the time we finished we missed our original plans and had to grab take out. We found dust the carpet was filthy, there was what we could only assume what was the previous guest strands of hair in the bathroom on the toilets and next to the bed. To witness this during covid-19 times was very disturbing because if the bare minimums weren't complete we couldn't trust that the room was sterilized free of covid. We were highly disappointed and frankly I was embarrassed, it was a surprise for her birthday.

Not worth the price, toilet was unbearably disgusting and overall needs a good dusting. Television needs to be upgraded and should at least include a guide for ocassional viewings.

Dear Anonymous, I'm glad you agree that we have some of the best features of any hotel in Long Island with our prime, park-like setting yet only .5 miles from the freeway, the quiet and serene, restful feeling you get on-property, and convenience to everything there is to see and do in the central long island area! Very nice location. Our room was immaculate. However some of the furniture was damaged. Staff was friendly, but there was a problem with checking out due to a missing restaurant charge. It took approximate minutes to check out Becaus the person doing the checkout was not trained and several other people were called to assist. The room was a bit noisy. We could hear the guest next-door talking on his cell phone. I would still recommend a location. I am a frequent traveler and this property was very pleasant. Lastly, my husband follows a strict AIP diet. The restaurant server/chef went above and beyond to ensure he didn’t eat any foods that he is allergic to. The meal was EXCELLENT!

We were extremely pleased with our stay.. We didn't use the restaurant; much too high in price. For example, breakfast was $20.00 per person.

Good price. Room fine. Very confused and understaffed front desk. Many guests complaining that room keys were defective. The restaurant was overpriced; but that is to be expected. When I asked for some bread to go with my dinner, I was told they were "out of bread." There is a problem with mold/mildew smell that is ovwhelming on the "terrace level," and on the main floor. Saw a lot of people walking around wtih cllipboards and cameras, which I hope means serious repairs are under consideration.
