The room was cleaned every day and we appreciated the service. Beyond that, the thermostat took days to reach our desired temperature of 72 degrees from 65 degrees Centigrade. Tub was not draining properly and caused the tub to look dirty all the time. Keys to the door stopped working multiple times during our stay. Gym equipments were inoperable and the gym room was dirty, no towels available inside the gym. Water cooler was unplugged, not working. The gym is terrible. I look forward to using the gym when I travel but this one was a disaster. No complimentary coffee available, we will definitely not use this hotel again.

Room was very cold and couldn't be adjusted for heat, beds were not great (we could feel the springs in the mattress), tub and shower was awful, and there were some webs and flies that we found in our room. Overall, not a great experience for a Radisson brand that I thought was better than this.

The room keys would not work. They let us into room and tried to reprogram, still would not work, so instead of fixing, they changed our room after we were half unpacked. Smoke alarm in our room went off at midnight and again at 1:30am. Front desk said they had no maintenance and was not going to do anything until we insisted. All he did was remove the smoke detector. After a long day out, we were going to use the whirlpool. It was completely and looked like permanently covered. We will not stay there again.
