I like how very clean it was and how welcoming our check in person was. What I did not like is the breakfast the bacon was under cooked and the hash browns were also under cooked also would like to have coffee but there was no milk out accept at breakfast time otherwise great stay one of the best

We had a great stay at the hotel. Ms. Rose front desk and the cleaning lady really shine at their dusties. At the breakfast buffet. He was awesome and very friendly. He would even greet us and asks how was our stay so far. Everyone was family friendly to us. I just have to mention that on my arrival, checking in the front desk that that received us gave us a room that was not cleaned. I even asked if the room was next to the elevator and he did know because he has been working for only six months.

Stayed here while visiting family. It was very convenient we have a 2 yr old and 11 year old everyone was happy. The pool towels are horrible so bring your own other than that it’s a great place!

Great place to stay on LI. The rooms are large, there is a fireplace and mini golf course on the property and free breakfast in the morning. The area around the hotel is bit limited with amenities but there are still some stores nearby and it is walking distance from the Long Island Railroad.

I didn't like that i wanted to extend my stay and they were going to charge me 800.00 and had to pay for parking. The front desk people were very nice but the house keeping never came to our room to clean it.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT STAY

This place is an old run down building , dusty and dirty. The staff is rude and uncompromising. The room had an ant infestation !! I have photos and videos , the toilet didnt flush properly, this is such a bad hotel. Do not stay here !! They will be out of business very soon. The location is also very inconvenient as you can only access on a 1 way. This was super uncomfortable for myself and i will never return. I advise every website to not list this hotel !!! ** BUYER BEWARE **

Nice hotel

I like the hotel, but there are some things that could be done to really make it feel like home. A chair in the bedroom would be good, (I had no place to put clothes just taken off), and a little more seating in the living room also would be great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which should accommodate at least six people, but there was seating only for two, four max. It was adequate. Also the corridor outside could do with a vacuuming daily as it appeared to be dirty. However, the beds were wonderful, soft and comfortable and we all slept well there.

The front desk associate named ROSE made racist remarks , also told me my room wasnt available even though i prepaid. She also stole my card information and charged my card for fraudulent charges . The room was torn down , holes in walls , there was bed bugs , also the sinks dont work ! Waste of time and money , this place will be out of business real soon
