Hilton properties seem to achieve a greater level of service and cleanliness. My visit was really very good, but I was not really surprised because I had stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn previously. I guess the old adage "You get what you pay for" applies here.

Breakfast was ok enough food out BUT I went to have a bagel and when I cut it open to toast it was green mole inside not to say the least of that killed my appetite for any thing else especially when I went to get orange juice and they had it in the apple juice container and the apple juice in orange container I just did not feel comfortable trusting anything else. Also we had to call down to reception desk 3 times because of the noise above us and even though the staff went up(so they said) they did not resolve the problem and when I checked out at 5:00am all the front desk said was “sorry about that”. All in all I will be thinking twice before booking there again. I’m sure ther are other places near by with better rates and probably not charge for parking $15 a night

Cris at the reception desk was very professional, kind, extremely friendly and always inquiring if we were happy and comfortable with our accommodations. He always asked if we needed anything. Just 3 minor problems: 1. One of our bath towels had seen better days. It was thin and had several holes. 2. The shower head had a lot of water calcium build-up obstructing several holes thereby diminishing the water flow. 3. The table lamp flickered on and off indicating there may be a short in the wiring. I told Cris about it for safety concerns and he said he would advise maintenance. We had a lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. When we visit again, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were very nice. There are two restaurants in the same parking lot which is very convenient. The free breakfast was also very good. A snow storm hit that might into the next morning. Many of us were not prepared with what we needed to clean off our cars. A staff member named Riley went above and beyond to make sure our cars were cleaned off before leaving that morning. I would 100% stay here again!

I had reached out to this hotel calling the number listed on line and requested a shower chair for my handicap mother. When I got to the hotel I was I formed that I had spoken to a third party and they send a message, regardless of my message i requested a shower chair for my Mom and I was told that they could not guarantee me a chair and that no one knew if there was a shower chair or not so the two nights we where there we my mom could not showe. It is very disappointing since you are owned by Hilton and I stay with Hilton many times and this time it was very disappointing.
