🚨PICTURES ARE NOT CURRENT AND PLACE IS IN SERIOUS NEED OF RENOVATION OR DEMOLITION🚨. So many thinks wrong with place so i'll start here. 1-staff was Missing upon check in and after 20 minutes appeared after i kept letting the hotel front desk phone ring. 2- The 1st room was a step above a 3 hour stay where you take a Crack head Hooker. 3- Place smelled horribly musty 4- Front lobby looks abandon when you walk in 5-Exit Doors to other parts of the hotel leading outside do not lock. 6- 1 set of Towels for 2 guests. 7-No Hot Water 8- Coffee machine with no cups , coffee or sugar. 9- Ice Bucket with no plastic Bag 10- Non working ice Machine. 11-Mold in Bathroom Vents. 12-Stains on Room Furniture. 13-no chair for Desk. 14-Fire Hard with Loose Outlet 15- Broken Clothes Rack on wall to hang my Clothes up. 16-sink constantly running. Upon raising my concern's i was meet with attitude and The 2nd Room was 2- Star quality and not as Bad and still would never stay here again. I'd rather sleep in my car.

This hotel is extremely run down, dirty. I have had stays in 3 world countries that were nicer than this hotel I do not believe Clarion would have this site in their portfolio. We would not stay here again and they need to update their online pictures to the current state of this property.

I wasn’t aware of breakfast. I was in the first room for an hour bc the tv wasn’t working. 2nd room was good until I seen roaches early in the morning and tried to use a coffee mug for my drug and I was rinsing it out and if just broke in my hand. I did tell them when I checked out.

Facility it self, no hot water & was not notified, no phone in the room, it was there but not connected to anything, entry doors not locked and busted beyond repair, so no security in the building. And when I brought it to the front desk attention. He told me well you had a cellphone, use it. And as far as the other concerns he said it’s been like that for years and they have had no other complaints. Stay away from this facility.

The room they gave us was not made up. I couldn’t call the desk to tell them because the phone did not work. We were given a different room. The shower rod was held up with torn fabric pieces. We were there for 3 days and no one ever made up our room or gave us a coffee cup or new shampoo/soap. There was a lot of trash around the property. For a major hotel chain I would have expected better upkeep of the property. I won’t stay here again.
