It was a great stay however someone put a tag on our door indicating an animal in our room so the cleanstaff never came in to replace towels, empty garbage and make the beds.

View from room was so nice! We saw the whole Manhattan skyline. The room was cold when we first got there, but one of the housekeeping people showed us how to use the thermostat and the room warmed up. The bus stop is right near the hotel and will take you to the train station.
