The architecture and decor are phenomenal, and the three bedroom apartment worked great for our family of six. The price was great! The facility could probably use more elevators, though.

Beautiful historic property with huge atrium and rooms. Perfect for a romantic experience plus quiet in the rooms. Front desk was attentive to needs. The problem is food service. We were there on Valentines Day, and room service would not even answer the phone after hours of trying. So we went to their speakeasy whiskey bar for quick service. The woman working the bar that night frowned at us as soon as we walked in the door and sat down. Then she didn't want to service us. After we made her take our to-go order, we watched people coming in after us get theirs first. We got fed up after 40 minutes... My husband walked out because he was so angry. I stayed and offered to pay before I left. But, I sat there another 15 minutes as I was ignored even for that. I just got up and left... I am not sure what we did to her, but she sure hated us. Just skip the food service and your stay will be nice.

Classic hotel with staff curated because they love their hotel and possess the appreciation and understanding of genuine hoteling - as hosts on behalf of guests. They seem to both enjoy it and know that without satisfied guests who want more than a place to sleep, the wonder and pleasure the structure and its people bring guests and visitors will sadly disappear completely from our shared experiences. No conventional architecture will replicate what what built in1911. It’s worth respecting and enjoying. Good for them. Thank you.

Home away from home❤️

I love staying here the staff is so caring the hotel is always clean and welcoming the location is excellent Starbucks is a few blocks away! The temperature dropped to 20 degrees but my room was nice and toasty! One of the reasons I stay here is they have a full kitchen some have washers and dryers! The food in the main dining room is very good especially the crispy Brussels not to mention the Lenox Mall is 5miles away stores and the AMC theater are there! Whole Foods is within walking distance as is CVS

Fojan, Jada, Khandra, Thembela, Jeremy, and the rest of the GT staff are absolutely divine! The hospitality is top tier! The historically preserved hotel is soooo aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are comfy! Never a bad experience! Edgar’s has THE BEST Caesar salad everrr! GT is also in close proximity to so many eateries and is walkable during the day and at night, with caution! 10/10, would recommend! Thank you all for everything, always! Will ALWAYS choose GT over ALL!

We booked a two bedroom apartment for a cheer competition with a kitchen so we could have snacks and food. The room did not have a kitchen or even a mini fridge. That would have been fine except when we tried to order room service on two different occasions no one would answer the phone. We had to order delivery for every meal due to time constraints and between that and not having the kitchen we spent way more than we originally planned. The staff were very nice and helpful other than the phone not being answered.

Room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Only negative is that there is a kitchen but no pans, plates, silverware, etc. I did call and they promptly brought up silverware and plates

This property wasn't actually our first pick, but that place was booked, so after reading other reviews we picked The Georgian Terrace... we were pleasantly surprised. Not only is this place GORGEOUS, the staff is amazingly sweet, efficient and patient with genuine concern for our well being at all times. They quickly respond through text with directions and advice immediately. We were treated like royalty and the property is JUST BEAUTIFUL, clean and comfortable. Darrah, Fojan and Thembela were ON FLEEK with the sweetest disposition and prompt responses. We will be back and you'll be missing out if you don't stay here! Super clean and just BEAUTIFUL.
