Most everything was great. The room was clean. The pool warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint, because I’m a girl, is that the mirror area is very poorly lit. It was struggle when putting on my makeup.

We paid for a king room with an enclosed bedroom. When we arrived they said that room was under renovations. They said we would be refunded $90 because the new room was double queens no enclosed bedrooms. We never received a refund.
