Another great time in SSI

The house had a fantastic one floor layout and a very nice salt pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. It had all the amenities. Had some initial issues with the Wi-Fi and TV but was resolved right away. The property manager Kari was wonderful, easy to work with and kept in constant communication to address any questions we had. We will definitely come back. Loved the house and love SSI.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It was a short walk to the public beach access, and we loved having the pool to cool off in after our beach trips (or on days we just didn't make it to the beach). The house was plenty spacious to accommodate our group of 12 (8 adults, 2 kids, and 2 infants). The kitchen was well-appointed, and we enjoyed cooking at the house for several nights of our stay. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and their own TV. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the guest Wi-Fi was unreliable. There were several of us that needed to get some work done while we were there, and we often couldn't connect. It wasn't a big enough issue to contact the host since we were able to figure out some work-arounds on our own, but just something to be aware of.

Our Happy Place

We love our vacations at St. Simons. This was our first time this far down on East Beach and we loved being close to Gould's. This was our go to beach this trip. The property was great. We loved the pool area and the spaciousness of the house. We definitely utilized the living areas. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Week

This is a beautiful, clean house that met all our needs. The 5 bedrooms were a perfect fit for our family of 10, though we spent most of our time around the pool or hanging out and cooking in the large, well-equipped kitchen. There were several TVs and sitting areas, and all the appliances were updated and in good working order. The beach was just a short walk down a mostly shaded side street. All in all, this house made for a wonderful, effortless week at the beach for our family and we would not hesitate to rent it again..

Family vacation to SSI

Loved our stay at this home! Property manager was very easy to communicate with and very understanding. We had one hiccup but it was fixed right away! We will definitely look to rent next year. This home is beautifully decorated and plenty of space for our family of 12. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy our vacation. Pool is awesome, the kids loved it! We treated this home like it was ours and enjoyed that it was one level for our parents and family to easily maneuver without fear of falling. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home!

Wonderful home and property for large group

Our party of 10 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property. Plenty of interior and exterior space for all. The layout of the home was perfect for a large group. The furnishings are comfortable and plentiful. The beds, sheets, blankets and bathroom linens are high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for groups large or small and well fitted with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There are even oversized grilles and a crock pot! The master bedroom had room to spare, and even had an office desk and chair which was awesome, as for me, this was a working vacation. The exterior has a great pool, very attractive landscaping, plenty of room for all to move around and enjoy the outdoors. There is a large grill. The property manager made sure there was plenty of propane too! 8 of our party of 12 stayed for the first week. 4 of us stayed for the full 2 weeks. All of us were sad to leave this beautiful property, and even sadder to leave Saint Simons Island! We love our annual family vacations to this very special part of Georgia.
