COMMON QUESTIONS:

“Does it get noisy in the apartments from the upcoming restaurant?”: The up and coming restaurant has a very intimate, quiet atmosphere. The area where the property is zoned does not allow for loud music that would impede neighbors or from the sidewalk. You will not hear music/restaurant sounds inside of your apartment from this restaurant as the previous restaurant had the same level of music and atmosphere. Should you go out on the balcony, you may or may not hear very light, intimate, music playing. Guests have found this very pleasurable on the balcony, and they appreciate how it does not impede in the apartment during their stay.

“Is there a strong smell from the restaurant that will be in the apartment?": You will smell food from the restaurant when entering the main stairwell that leads to each apartment entry. These are a combination of herbs like rosemary, thyme, garlic,…etc. If you open your balcony door, you will smell the wonderful food from the restaurant permeating from the outside to the balcony. Otherwise, guests mostly do not smell anything in this unit unless they leave their doors/windows open.

“Can I park my car there?": Yes. There is private parking available across the street in a designated parking space for one car.

“Can walk to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions?”: Yes. This property is walking distance to the historic Plaza de la Constitucion square, Lightner Museum, several restaurants, bars, shopping, and other popular attractions/historic sites. We are cushioned in the popular Lincolnville neighborhood. Guests enjoy strolling around in this quaint, beautiful area.

“Can I rent a bike or golf cart?”: Guests can rent a bike from the local bike shops in the area. If Guests do not have a car, they are welcome to park a golf cart in their designated parking space. However, if guests arrive with a car, there is no space for a golf cart as there is limited parking spaces per unit.

“What is your policy on early check-in and late check-out?”: Early check-in and late check-out is exclusively dependent upon housekeeping schedule. For early check-in, you are welcome to contact us 1-3 days prior to check in. For a late check-out, requests are considered if available but not guaranteed.

“After we check out, can I leave my car parked in the parking space before the next Guest checks-in?”: Housekeeping will need to use your parking space as they are not allowed to park in the restaurant’s parking lot. Most likely, late checkouts are not possible due to the busy turnover rate. However, reach out to us and we can certainly see if that is available.

The BEST place to stay in St Augustine!

I almost don’t want to say how much I loved staying here…but here goes. It’s pretty much perfect. Location is just right. We were able to walk downtown to King St to walk up and down and hit up all the galleries and shops. We were able to walk to Ice Plant, one of our favorites. We walked downstairs to the French restaurant for dinner on our first night and brunch for our last day before check out. Marie, the owner was available for questions a d early check in because we drive in 2 hours early. The place itself gave us a kitchen with coffee pot and a frisbee, cutey porch for early wake up reading, my husband enjoyed the sunrise views from there, I read comfortably on the couch, and r played some cutey girls card game between us, and so much more. The towels were nice and soft, bed was nice and comfy with actual decent pillows. Lots of touches like water bottles in the hallway for the 3 apartments, some great books to read over, and lots of other sweet surprises. You won’t regret staying here. Just book it.

Best Stay!

This is by far the most beautiful rental I have ever stayed in! The furnishings and decor were top notch, and the entire place was immaculately clean. Everything was comfortable and perfect. You can tell a lot of time and thought went into creating this space and it shows! Great location, 10/10 recommend!

Wonderfully walkable

This property was great. It's a reasonable walk to all of the tourist activities, easy access to the Bridge of Lions for crossing over to the beach, right down the road from Dog Rose Brewing, which we enjoyed, and the St Augustine Distillery (and Ice Plant Bar), which were both great. The check-in process was straightforward, parking was available and convenient, the property was beautiful and clean, the balcony was lovely for morning coffee, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. If we ever have occasion to return to St Augustine, I'll be looking for availability at this property before anything else.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Location was walkable to great restaurants and shops but traffic was minimal. The hosts were very attentive, responsive and accommodating. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed! Would love to stay again next time we visit St Augustine. Another perk, there was a free EV charging station provider by the city only a block away.

Winter escape

Beautifully appointed apartment that was also super functional for working remotely for the week. Well equipped kitchen, spa level toiletries in bath, plush bedroom and living room. Excellent location for walking into town or to restaurants in Lincolnville and on the water (Fish Camp and Ice House). Easy communication with owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great weekend/ girls trip

The property is as described/ pictured- was beautiful!! Kitchen is well equipped- we only used the coffee maker and few dishes, but other items provided would allow full use of the kitchen. Nice touches throughout the property- funky décor, throw blanket, comfy couch/ pillows, amenities in bathroom and the bed were perfect! The location is within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, but is also close to a few good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We sat on the porch each morning/ evening - weather was perfect and enjoyed option to be outside. Check-in/ out process was simple- no issues. The unit is quiet- even with restaurant downstairs. We ate at the The Preserved first night- was delicious (must try it!). Second evening we were able to purchase bottle of wine from restaurant and bring upstairs. Would highly recommend this property!!
