Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach.

In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

Perfect little spot.

Close to everything. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to many top rated restaurants. The neighbors upstairs were pretty noisey and up all night. We could hear them walking around sometimes seemed like they were running and jumping. Hopefully its not always like that.

CUTEST place to stay

This property was ADORABLE!! It was quaint, quiet, and peaceful. It was about a half a mile from downtown and so we just walked over the bridge each day. HIGHLY recommend staying here!! Thank you!!

Perfect spot!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. We rented bikes from Anastasia Bicycle Rentals. Those nice folks delivered the bikes and picked them up. It was a 5 min bike ride over the Bridge of Lions to the old city and a 15 minute ride to the Amphitheater. Perfect spot for a weekend run!
