I liked the staff text options and text check out. However, staff at front desk unable to answer most questions. Specifically called front desk and Expedia to allow family members who we rented a room for to check in. I Love the Loews! They're Pet Friendly and they pay close attention to details. They've made some renovations/upgrades that enhance the beauty of the hotel! This is my hotel of choice when I'm in Nashville!
