They did not have enough help. Had to come down 7 floors ( a senior) and get my own towels. Rooms weren’t ready on time. Had to return my luggage cart down to lobby. Had no one to come get it. Charged $20.00 a night for parking. Handicap daughter (w/c) was with me on 7th floor. Concerning considering we had a fire alarm go off while we were there. The room and views were nice though. Just a little dated.
