Other amenities include smart tv's in the living room and primary bedroom, window a/c in each bedroom, eat in kitchen, and washer/dryer (located in primary bedroom). The hardscaped back yard offers a firepit and plenty of seating to roast your marshmallows on those warm summer nights. New outdoor shower and grill for the 2024 season.
