This vacation rental includes a mini-split system for cooling.

Guests must adhere to all City of South Lake Tahoe ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.

No open flames or smoking are permitted, and parking permits are required.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Fines of up to $2,000 may be imposed by the City of South Lake Tahoe for violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
