What could be better than waking up to the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and enjoying your first cup out on the furnished private balcony? You'll love preparing a delicious meal in the kitchenette and dining at the wood table with seating for two. Head out to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand then come back to fire up one of the shared gas grills available during summer months for a fun barbecue with friends. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to research a new adventure or post your best selfies to your social media accounts, and you'll love watching a good DVD movie on the flatscreen TV. Winter guests will enjoy how quickly the gas fireplace warms the condo up after a day on the slopes. There are lots of fun on-site amenities to check out such as the shared hot tub, pool, sauna, and gym, and afterward, you can take the elevator to easily access this second-floor suite.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.


Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
