"The hotel is near Oracle Park, and my son is very passionate about baseball. The area is home to numerous restaurants and bars. Hyatt has always been my preferred choice due to its unique room character, with an excellent spacious bathroom. The staff at that Hyatt hotel is very accommodating and friendly. We are very satisfied and would stay again if we return to San Francisco. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff — she was thorough, friendly, and left us a kind note after cleaning our room. Thanks so much, Hyatt."

"The room was clean. My door to my room almost locked me out and my wife in several times. The hotel is very nice otherwise. My main complaint is that I was double charged for Parking my car on hotel property overnight. So I paid double for parking. When I called the hotel to ask about why they told me I was gonna have to deal and (I guess you'll just have to call your bank if its that big of a deal) there was nothing else they could do. Just didn't seem to care or understand my trying to explain i was charged twice once on two different days regardless of no longer being at the hotel. Ironically an email to review my stay showed up after the phone call to resolve the issue occurred."
