I liked my room so spacious with good view. I didn’t like the front staffs were not friendly enough. Check in process time was slow even not busy at all.

Close to the airport, clean, staff professional and courteous...I saw loads of pilots and stewardesses staying there...must be a reason. Reasonable, clean rooms, housekeeping staff trained or hired to be very friendly.

Reserved the room online with TRAVELOCITY and when checking in at hotel we were charged another 60 dollars. Concierge could not explain price difference

My son had a bedbug bite when he woke up. We did not expect the room do not have a microwave and refrigerator. The a/c was loud.

Fridges are available upon request and we do offer a microwave in our lobby for our guests to use 24/7. We do take the issue of Bed Bugs very seriously.
