Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

We weren't checked into the hotel at all. When I arrived at the hotel, reception refused to check us in, saying we were too late and they had sold the room to other people. I think this is unfair because we'd stayed at this hotel before and no one mentioned these rules. The room was paid for in full and they couldn't sell it twice.

The room was clean and it was nice to have a coffee in the morning. The only complaint I would have is the person at the Reception desk - not welcoming - not pleasant at all . . almost seemed annoyed with his job - had a strong accent and spoke fast so I had a difficult time understanding him . . I had to ask him to repeat himself 2 or 3 times
