There is paint peeling all over including the bathroom. The rooms smell like mold. The front desk did not answer the phone. The shuttle did barely paused when it came to the airport and then left as i tried to wave him down. The reception was talking to someone on the phone while checking me in.

Rooms are very old and somewhat dirty. The bathroom is not at iys best.. water preassure is not good and it looks like a public bathroom. i would not recommend this hotel for a long stay or for families. The whole facility needs a major upgrade.. im just surprise the TV had cable.

Booked a room with a double bed . When i got there the guy at the front desk said that he had to cancel my reservation because fully booked . It was very late and didn’t want to find another hotel. Finally , he said there was one room left but , the lights werent working and the remote wasn’t working also . Didn’t get a discount . Very frustrating have to say !

We had a room booked for a one night stay. Non-smoking room, but reeked of smoke. The ac unit had mold and dust build-up within the vents. Also had holes in the walls. Place felt um-safe with random cars parked with people outside the room as well. We ended up requesting a refund, in which the interaction with the front desk was not pleasant. Will be calling the customer service tomorrow to ensure our refund gets to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone; even if looking for a quick night stay.

My son checked in for 1 night, the carpet was sticky and the room smelled like smoke. He asked to be transferred to a different room as the neighbor next door was unusually noisy. They accommodated his request, sent him to room # 66 which someone had painted with red paint an additional 6 on the room number. Needless to say, he will not be returning.

They make a mistake with our room… and they rent our room to other people… and put our luggage and lost and found… and this was close from 9- 4pm The other room the card to open the door didn’t work 2 trips to the office. Toilet didn’t work

I checked in around 11:30pm. The front desk guy took his time having a small talk conversation with the gentleman in front of me so I had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes longer than I needed to. Then the key cards he gave me didn’t work properly so I had to walk all the way back to the lobby. He re-charged them and called a guy to meet me there. The guy let me in the room, and my “non-smoking” room smelled like it was filled with menthol cigarette smoke. I couldn’t believe it. It filled my nostrils and burned my throat. I considered going back to the lobby to request another room, but I was so tired, I thought I’d just go to bed. I woke up at 3:30 stuffy and throat burning. I couldn’t keep sleeping so I got up, got dressed, got my things and walked back to the lobby. The front desk guy gave me another room. Didn’t apologize, didn’t tell me where to find my new room and he still had a bad attitude just like he did when I checked in. I walked to the far end of the property and finally got in my room as the card key was having issues. Walked in and noticed it didn’t smell like cigarettes but it was very stuffy. It needed to be aired out but no windows open, so I had to leave the door open for about 45 min to bring fresh air in. So I had to sit and wait for it to air out and didn’t get to sleep until about 4:30am. Overall, the rooms are dirty and need maintenance. The small pillows are ridiculous… thankfully I brought my own pillows but after getting home, they smell like cigarette
