Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

Good for the price

Airport shuttle never came. Had to Uber to the hotel. Receptionist wasn't too friendly. Business-like only. When telling us where the room was, he just said, "All the way down" and gestured. We asked again and he repeated the same answer. Also, he was hard to understand. We wandered through many structures searching for the room. Showing us a map would've been helpful. The room was comfortable.

Transportation and location is good if you have a car, even without a car it has shuttle to airport where you can take the train through transfers, but don’t expect nice rooms, or cleaning service, or service in general to be good and fast. It’s a low budget hotel for a reason.

The front desk was extremely helpful. Have new a late checkout and stored my luggage until my flight that night. All of the employees were very respectful and helped with everything possible. The night I arrived, I was having trouble getting my luggage up the stairs and one employee came and helped. I'll stay there when I come back!!
