They say they have breakfast food online, they did not and everything was a fee. The shuttle never came after we called multiple times and waited outside for over an hour at the airport. We then had to uber to the hotel. The staff made no accommodations and was very standoffish.

I stay here 2 or 3 times a month for work. It feels like my home away from home. I love the location and the room setup. The Front Desk Personal is very nice and attentive specially "Abhi", thank you for always being nice and welcoming. I wish they had early and late checking's available

Shuttle was ok but took awhile to turn up Hotel looks better in the photos Definitely 3 star not cheap for the quality Desk people were friendly & accomodating I am from Australia & travel a lot in Asia where quality hotels are reasonably priced Standards are lower in the USA it seems for the price
