Located in Silverthorne, this home offers a quiet mountain getaway, yet you're also a short drive from nearby ski areas including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

The great room features vaulted ceilings with wood beams and large windows. There is new, comfortable furniture around a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround. The homeowner has provided a record player and a selection of records for your enjoyment.

The full-sized gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and black appliances. It also has a double oven for cooking large meals. Off to the side is a breakfast nook with beautiful views. The main dining area comfortably seats six. Just off the dining area is a wraparound deck with a gas grill. Take in the gorgeous views and fresh mountain air while grilling out for the whole family. There is a half bath on this level near the entryway. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first master bedroom is on this main level and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a television and beautiful mountain views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

Head downstairs to the full living area. It's a great space to entertain and have a family night of fun. There's oversized seating around a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There's also a wet bar and a walk-out patio with a private hot tub. Enjoy a night under the stars while soaking tired muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure.

Back inside is the second master suite and it features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional linens are in a closet. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. There is also a guest bedroom downstairs. The guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom for the guest bedroom offers a shower/tub combination. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and twin bunk bed. The additional guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Also downstairs is a dedicated office, and behind that is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Please note that this unit has a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 3 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay.
